Apply for the Power of 100 Eagan Women Charity Donation Award

Power of 100 Eagan Women is a dedicated giving circle of local women committed to supporting charities that make a real difference in our Eagan community. By pooling our resources, we amplify our impact and help create positive change for those who need it most.ur community who need it most. The Power of 100 Women Eagan is not just a group—it’s a movement. Our mission is simple but powerful: We are women committed to local action empowering organizations to make a meaningful difference in our communities.

•  Your organization must be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit or have a fiscal agent with 501(c)(3) status.
• Charity must serve the Eagan community or have a significant local impact.
• Applicants should not have received the Power of 100 award in the past 24 months.
• All required documents must be submitted by the deadline.

3. Complete the online application form by clicking the button below.
4. Submit all documents with your application.

•  Proof of 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or documentation from your fiscal agent.
• Recent annual report or summary of your charity’s activities.
• Financial statements (most recent fiscal year).
• Completed Charity Submission Form

•  Use awarded funds for charitable purposes as described in your application.
• Agree to participate in a brief presentation at a Power of 100 event, if selected.
• Provide a brief report to Power of 100 Eagan Women within six months of receiving the donation, sharing the positive impact made.
• Maintain transparency and accountability in all communications.

 If your organization is not a registered 501(c)(3), you may apply through a fiscal agent that holds this status. Please ensure all fiscal agent documentation is submitted with your application, and the fiscal agent agrees to process donations on your behalf.

•  Once applications close, all submissions are reviewed by Power of 100 Eagan Women’s selection committee.
• Selection committee members individually review submissions using a scoring rubric. Aggregate scores from each committee member are totaled. Top three cumulative scores will be invited to present that the next meeting.
• Finalists will be notified via email and may be asked to present their project at an upcoming Power of 100 event. General membership will not receive application information, so charities are charged with making their message clear during their presentation.
• The selected charity will receive direct donations and be featured at our next giving circle meeting.
• All applicants will be notified of their status within four weeks of the application deadline.
